Why I built RealAdBook
RealAdBook is where I publish original real estate marketing research, case studies and practical analysis of paid acquisition. I focus on the gap between what an advertising platform reports and what a real estate business actually needs: buyer fit, commercial context, qualified conversations, sales progression and revenue.
I have 7+ years of experience in performance marketing. Across my work in real estate, I have managed more than $1M in total ad spend and generated more than $15M in profit for clients.
I am also a HousingWire author and publish original market research through RealAdBook Research. The work is built around buyer psychology, positioning, creative strategy, qualification, CRM routing, measurement and the economics of qualified-buyer acquisition.
