RealAdBook is operated by Oleh Odukalets. When you request a free case or subscribe to new article emails, RealAdBook may collect your name, email address, selected language, source of the request, consent status, and timestamp required to provide the requested material and maintain an auditable consent record.

How it is used

Your email is used to deliver material you request and, when you subscribe to article updates, to notify you when new RealAdBook articles are published.

Legal basis and consent

Article update emails are sent only after you actively subscribe. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting the address below.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website and processes form requests. Resend processes email delivery and stores contact and subscription status for email communications. These providers process data only to operate the service.

Retention and your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, or withdraw marketing consent. Data is retained only while necessary to provide the service, respect unsubscribe requests, meet legal obligations, and protect the website from abuse.
