How RealAdBook research works

Each study starts with a narrow question that real estate marketers actually face, such as what a buyer can verify on a property offer page before contacting an agent. The sample, the collection date and the method are published with the findings, so anyone can check or repeat the work.

Studies describe what was observed, not what it proves about the whole market. Limits and corrections are listed inside each report, and datasets are released under CC BY 4.0 where the sources allow it.

Research is kept separate from the paid products. Market Intelligence reports analyse individual competitors, the Playbook explains how to run campaigns, and case studies describe single client accounts rather than market benchmarks.
