What information is collected

Real Ad Book is operated by Oleh Odukalets. When you request the free Marbella case, Real Ad Book collects the name, email address, selected language, source of the request, consent status, and timestamp required to deliver the requested material and maintain an auditable consent record.

How it is used

Your name and email are used to send the requested case. If you separately opt in to marketing emails, they may also be used to send occasional practical content about real estate Meta advertising and the Real Estate Meta Playbook.

Legal basis and consent

The case-delivery email is sent because you requested it. Marketing emails are optional and are sent only when you actively select the marketing consent checkbox. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contacting the address below.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website and processes form requests. Resend processes email delivery and stores contact and consent status for email communications. These providers process data only to operate the service.

Retention and your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, or withdraw marketing consent. Data is retained only while necessary to provide the service, respect unsubscribe requests, meet legal obligations, and protect the website from abuse.
